We are celebrating a milestone in our community: More than 200 Double Executive Assistants have joined us to partner with clients across the US and Europe to increase their productivity and efficiency.
Double’s mission is to make executives more effective every day through a human first mentality–we focus on what matters most, maintain a “fix it when you see it” attitude, and strive to bring quality and personality together consistently. As our client base has grown, we have stayed hyper-focused on sourcing, vetting, and onboarding only the best assistants in the business. Out of 7,000+ applications every month for our Remote Executive Assistant roles, we hire less than 1% who meet our criteria, to ensure Double clients receive the support they need.
While growing our assistant community, it has been critical to attract and onboard assistants who are just as diverse as our rapidly expanding client base. Our current community now includes more than 200 Doubles who bring distinct backgrounds to the table.
